This 8-week hip and coordination exercise program focuses on improving hip strength, flexibility, and overall coordination while promoting weight loss. The exercises are designed to enhance balance and mobility. Participants will also receive a PDF that explains various diet types, including low-carb, anti-inflammatory, and Mediterranean diets, to support weight loss and optimise overall health and fitness.

Additionally Breathwork techniques will be included to help with the improvement of pain, calmness, anxiety, depression, respiration and much more. Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It can include deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and other techniques.

PROGRAM INSIGHT:

The program is designed to include exercises performed three times a week, each session lasting 45 minutes to an hour. While you have the flexibility to follow the program in a way that suits your schedule, the recommended routine schedules workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Saturdays are designated as a self-care day, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness through 5-10 minutes of breathwork exercises. 

After the first four weeks, the program progresses by introducing new exercises or increasing the intensity of the existing ones to ensure continued growth and challenge. This structure is tailored to help you build strength, improve fitness, and prioritise overall well-being.

SO WHAT IS HIP AND COORDINATION EXERCISES?! 

Hip and coordination-focused exercises are activities designed to strengthen the muscles around the hips while enhancing balance, coordination, and overall motor skills. These exercises often target the glutes, hip flexors, and stabilising muscles and include movements like side leg lifts, clamshells, hip bridges, and dynamic balance drills. Exercises such as yoga, Pilates, and dance can also improve coordination and hip mobility.
