This 8-week exercise program targets osteoporosis and fibromyalgia, focusing on improving bone strength, flexibility, and reducing pain while supporting weight loss. It features gentle, effective exercises to enhance mobility and muscle tone. Participants will also receive a PDF on understanding diet, exploring various approaches like anti-inflammatory, Mediterranean, and low-carb diets to support both bone health and weight loss.

Additionally Breathwork techniques will be included to help with the improvement of pain, calmness, anxiety, depression, respiration and much more. Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It can include deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and other techniques.

PROGRAM INSIGHT:

The program is designed to include exercises performed three times a week, each session lasting 45 minutes to an hour. While you have the flexibility to follow the program in a way that suits your schedule, the recommended routine schedules workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Saturdays are designated as a self-care day, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness through 5-10 minutes of breathwork exercises. 

After the first four weeks, the program progresses by introducing new exercises or increasing the intensity of the existing ones to ensure continued growth and challenge. This structure is tailored to help you build strength, improve fitness, and prioritise overall well-being.

SO WHST IS OSTEOPOROSIS AND FIBROMYALGIA?!

Osteoporosis a condition characterised by decreased bone density and strength, making bones fragile and more prone to fractures. It occurs when the body loses bone mass faster than it can replace it. Common in older adults, especially postmenopausal women, osteoporosis can result in fractures from minor falls, back pain, and a stooped posture.  

Fibromyalgia, on the other hand, is a chronic condition marked by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness. It is often accompanied by sleep disturbances, memory issues, and mood changes. The exact cause is unknown, but it may involve a heightened sensitivity to pain signals in the brain.
